  • No, we are a nightly vacation park offering no long-term stays, but we do offer monthly stays where guests can stay up to 16 days per month.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% Military and Good Sam discount for RV sites only. Additionally, we have off-season rates for cabin rentals—give us a call at 865-453-7299 to find out more. Discounts cannot be combined.

  • All single reservation changes or cancellations must be made 7 days before the date of arrival for a deposit refund. All group reservation changes or cancellations must be made 30 days before date of arrival for a deposit refund.

  • Yes, a one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. You can make the deposit using a credit card, check, or money order. We will send you a confirmation email once your reservation is secured.

  • Yes, you can request a specific site by calling 865-453-7299, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, however, that site availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Our pool is open from April - October starting at 8:30am to dusk, Monday through Saturday, and from 11am to dusk on Sunday.

  • Cabin check-in is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.

    Campsite check-in is 1pm and check-out time is 12pm.

  • No, the cabins are not pet-friendly.

  • For standard and primitive cabins, you must bring your own base linens (sheets, towels, pillowcases, washcloths, etc.). Linens are available for rent if needed.

    Linens are provided in the king cabins.

  • Yes, the operator must be a licensed driver and the speed limit is 5mph.

  • You can book 1 year in advance.

  • Yes, you can ride throughout the park, but the paved entrance is off-limits due to the high volume of traffic entering and exiting the park.
